A professional WordPress site for an accredited mediation practice, with a bespoke front-end system that allows mediators to log in and manage their own profiles. The project needed to feel calm, credible, and measured, while also giving the practice a practical way to keep mediator information up to date.
What it needed to do
Give each mediator control without exposing the machinery.
Oxford Mediation Group needed more than a brochure site. The public-facing experience had to be clear and reassuring for people looking for professional mediation, but behind that calm surface the practice needed a way for individual mediators to maintain their own profiles.
I built the site on WordPress and created a bespoke front-end profile management system tailored to their requirements. Mediators could log in, update their own information, and keep their profiles current without needing access to the WordPress admin area.
